To maintain a National Register of all licensed practitioners of Indian System of Medicine.
To regulate professional conduct and to promote Medical Ethics among ISM Practitioners.
To develop mechanisms to have continuous interaction with State/UT s ISM Councils to regulate the conduct of State ISM Practitioners.
Ensure availability of adequate and high quality AUS&SR medical professionals in all parts of the country.
